I could just fix this situation by having the js stuff be pulled from the branch again, but I'm sure the Core team had a reason for pointing everything back to the hub.

Ok, so FCKEdiktor is in, and HTMLPurifier is making sure that bad code cannot be entered.  I really like using it instead of having to recreate and regexp data cleaning wheel.  Plus, there's a whole community keeping track of DTD updates and possible security holes.

The only hiccup is that FCKEditor is producing XHTML Transitional code, but PHPWebsite's doctype is XHTML Strict.  For the limited toolbar used in Comments, this isn't a problem.  As a matter of fact, HTMLPurifier will automagically convert underline tags to style definitions!

However, if we used a full toolset for another module, some tags may be stripped out because they're using depreciated attributes.  I know that this can (should) be easily fixed by modifying FCK's configuration somehow, but I have only 2 day's experience with it.  Plus, there seems to be a redundant config fil ein the top directory & I'd need to go back & research what config changes need to be kept for phpWebsite to finction.
